Tom leads day-to-day operations at Pembroke’s Olive Downs Complex, managing production schedules, site safety, team performance and operational planning. He began as Project Manager during construction, holding statutory safety responsibilities, and now works across site to deliver strong outcomes.

Bachelor of Engineering (Mining)
