Tom leads day-to-day operations at Pembroke’s Olive Downs Complex, managing production schedules, site safety, team performance and operational planning. He began as Project Manager during construction, holding statutory safety responsibilities, and now works across site to deliver strong outcomes.
Tom’s role as Operations Manager places him at the forefront of an evolving industry – where fresh thinking drives innovation, performance and long-term sustainability.

Tom began his journey with a mining engineering degree and later completed a Masters of Finance to deepen his understanding of the commercial side of operations. Similar careers can start with a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
